Smaller Mirror

My aunt has really had a tough time the past few years with some back and leg pain. She's really kind, though, so I wanted to make her something that she could remember me by. This mirror has a stained glass frame, although it's a little smaller than the original mirror I made. The piece is quite unique. I neglected to take a picture against the window before I sent it off, so this is a little inaccurate.

This piece is where I mastered the art of the 2" frames which have become the norm for my Islamic Art series. The colors are transparent blue, opaque teal, and transparent red with small white opaque glass accents. The border "tiles" are 2" squares, making the finished piece 14"x12" and the inside mirror 10"x8".
